Goji berries and chocolate chunks

The look is not impressive but the taste is yummi. The sugar content is high, so don’t eat them every day 🙂

2 dl almonds, 1/2 dl marple syrup, 2-3 spoon of water, 1/2 dl dried goji berry and 25-40 g dark chocolate (If I can find it use 100% chocolate)

Mix almonds, syrup and water. This can be done in the food processor but be careful only to do it shortly and leave the almonds crunchy, then add the chocolate and the dried goji berry, and again only run shortly to leave the goji berry and chocolate in large pieces.

Below you see a picture of the dough before making the blobs. Notice that the goji berries and chocolate pieces are visible. The blobs easily become sticky. If this happens run some almonds in the food processor till they are like flower and then role the chunks in the almonds. Next time try with a little less syrup or water.
